I managed to lose weight, although my measurements decreased a lot more. I managed to feel stronger in general, more agile and I managed to commit myself to my goals. Overall, I feel much better about myself.
I managed to gain a good amount of muscle with a low percentage of fat and also my strength increased a lot.
